To sign up for one of our Merchant Accounts you simply
apply online
When you apply you will receive an email normally within
1 - 2 business days informing you if you have passed
the initial stage or not. If so, you will receive an
email with a list of supporting documents to return.
Once all forms and supporting documents have been received
your application will be assessed, then you will be
contacted with a decision. You will also be contacted
if any questions regarding your application arise
During busy periods the application process may take
14 - 28 days (from the time of receiving your
documents) due to the amount of applications
we receive. However we try and get the whole process
done in as little as 10 - 14 working days

Account

most popular account. With the Optimal account
we provide merchant facilities to all non high-risk,
Pan European businesses So, if your business is
incorporated in Europe and is not on the prohibited
business list, then this is the account for you!
To sign up for Optimal Account, please complete
the online application form. Once you have completed
the online application you will receive an email
with the relevant documentation. |

Premier
Account |
| Do you have a high-risk
business? Well, with the Premier account we consider
ALL businesses (except for those that are on the
prohibited business list) and financial circumstances
in all Pan European countries. So, if your business
is categorised as high-risk and is incorporated
in Europe, this is the account you need!
To sign up for Premier Account, please complete
the online application form. The Premier Account
online application uses the same form as the Optimal
Account. However please be assured that we can
easily trace which account you have applied for |

Account |
| With the World account we
can help many different countries and businesses
from around the World. Not just Europe. So, if
your business is non high-risk and is incorporated
outside Europe, this is the best account for you
If you have decided to go with the World Account
you will need to fill in the online application.
The application process has been specifically
designed to be quick and easy. The documentation
you need for this account is sent to you in a
confirmation email in PDF form. You simply need
to print, sign and post back to us the documents
and we will then start to process your application. |
