We take all 'cold calls' seriously and report any we receive to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who has legal powers to ensure that organisations comply with the requirements of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Offenders are fined £5,000 each time they call a blacklisted number. We successfully had fined four companies in 2008, two in 2009, two in 2010 and three in 2011. Therefore please think carefully before contacting us!
