As you know ALL marketing firms are legally obliged to check this list. We take all 'cold calls' seriously and report any we receive to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who has legal powers to ensure that organisations comply with the requirements of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Offenders are fined £5,000 each time they call a blacklisted number. We successfully fined four companies in 2008 and two in 2009, so please think carefully before contacting us!

We are fully aware of the loophole that exists regarding companies claiming to be conducting Market Research. Please do not contact us as we do not wish to participate.
