Managed Servers
Our range of Managed Services are designed to give you
maximum flexibility when deciding how much of your Internet

Server Monitoring
Every DataGate dedicated server package includes 24.7 monitoring
of one port on the client's server. We also offer additional
monitoring services to allow you to quickly detect any problem
your server may experience.
Basic package (Included)
This is a passive monitoring service that tests your ICMP
port at 5-minute intervals. If this port does not respond,
our monitoring service will notify you immediately via
e-mail and if the server is completely unreachable, we
will restart the system.
Silver package
As with the Basic Package, if ICMP port fails (ping),
our monitoring service will notify you and if need be,
we will restart the server. In addition, our Silver Package
allows you to choose up to 3 ports for monitoring. If
any of these ports should fail, our monitoring service
will notify you immediately via e-mail and if the server
is completely unreachable, we will reboot the system.
Gold package
As with the Silver Package, if ping fails, our monitoring
service will notify you and if need be, we will restart
the server. In addition, our Gold Package allows you to
choose up to 6 ports for monitoring. If any of these ports
should fail, our monitoring service will notify you immediately
via e-mail and if the server is completely unreachable,
we will reboot the system.
