and website that allows you to sell goods and services over
the Internet. No software is needed to be installed on your
computer as it's all done via a web browser |

cart so no software needs to be loaded onto your computer.
This means that you can manage your online store anywhere
and at anytime, as long as you have an Internet connection.

Account. Please note that a charge for the merchant account
and hosting will still be applicable.
eCommerce Builder integrates with either the Web Merchant
Optimal Account or World Account, giving you everything
you need to trade online including shopping cart licence,
site hosting and merchant account,
all for a simple, low cost annual fee...

Once someone buys from me, how am I paid? |

By providing your payment information when you apply
for the Optimal
or World Account, you permit funds owing from your merchant
account to be automatically deposited, be electric funds
transfer, into the bank account that you specify |

Do I need a secure server? |
| |
No. The Program runs on your own web site, automatically
connecting to the relevant payment page secure server for
credit card transactions. |

Do I need to know ASP, PHP etc. to create
the shopping cart? |
| |
No. Scripting such PHP, ASP, JSP, CFM is not needed to
create your store as it is built through the browser. However
we offer the ability for web developers and merchants with
a knowledge of development tools to download the root files,
images folder and database and allow FTP access to enable
web designers to create highly functional ecommerce sites
on behalf of their clients. eCommerce Builder is built in
ASP which means they are extremely easy to bespoke and modify
if need be |

How do I upload images and product information
to my website? |

A fully featured back office facility enables you to
easily update your Web site and product information. You
may use your own FTP program such as Cute FTP to bulk upload
images and /or the database |

If I get stuck can I get help? |
| |
Yes. Even though a user manual is supplied free, there
will most likely be times when you will need to speak to
us about one thing or another.
We offer free technical support via email or over the phone
during office hours. If you need to contact us after these
times you can still email us and someone will contact you
as soon as possible
