Getting Started
When your sign up for our shared business hosting account
you will be sent an e-mail with your username and password.
This username and password is important as it will
be used for all subsequent sections.
If you have not recieved your welcome e-mail, please

Getting your files onto the web quickly
Use some FTP software or Windows Explorer to FTP your
website to your new share.
Your FTP hostname is:
[yourdomain].datagate.net.uk
(e.g. if your domain is ilovewebmerchantservices.co.uk
then the FTP host path is ilovewebmerchantservices.datagate.net.uk)
You username and password can be found in your welcome
e-mail.

Set up e-mail accounts
By default all e-mails sent to your domain are sent
to a catch all mailbox. Depending on your hosting package
you can set up additional mailboxes.
1. Log in to your Shared
Business Hosting Control Panel.
2. In the left hand menu select 'Mailbox Management'.
3. Click 'New Mailbox'
4. Enter the e-mail address you require.
5. Enter and confirm a password for the new account.
[Note: The account username and e-mail address are
the same. ]

Check your site statistics
Log in to your Shared
Business Hosting Control Panel.
In the left hand menu click 'Real-time web stats'
Click 'Go to LiveStats'
You will be taken to your LiveStats page!
