Terms and Conditions

1. The referral program is intended for use by Web-Merchant customers to refer businesses with whom they have a known relationship. Web-Merchant does not condone spamming and any complaints received due to misuse of this program may result in the forfeit of any rewards.
2. You ("Referral Partner") confirm that you are authorized to enter into this agreement.
3. You can not refer yourself or any company you have a financial interest in.
4. Web-Merchant Services has the right to decline an application to join this programme, or to cancel your membership at any time for any reason.
5. Web-Merchant Services may decline a referral at any time without giving a reason.
6. Web-Merchant Services may change these terms and conditions at any time.
7. Vouchers and discounts are only paid once per referral
8. Vouchers and discounts are only given once the website is live or the merchant account is activated. Vouchers are not given out for simple enquiries.
9. Vouchers are sent within 28 days of an account and / or website going live.
10. This offer is not valid where prohibited by law, or in any jurisdiction whose laws materially affect the terms of this offer.
