Application Approval Timeline

This is the typical approval process timeline, provided that all necessary documents have been submitted

Remember that once the application has been received, including all documents, the account can be approved and up and running in less than 14 working days. However during busy periods, due to the amount of applications we receive, the process may take 14 - 28 working days (working days are Monday - Friday).

Account Integration & Activation
* Online application received and reviewed for pre-approval
* If application rejected, you will be notified within 48 hours
* If application is accepted, you will be notified within 48 hours of receipt of application with the relevant documents to sign and return
* Contracts are prepared once all the required documents have been received and a final approval has been given by the bank
* Contracts sent out to you to sign, scan and return
* Returned and signed contracts are sent to the bank and merchant account number (MID) issued 3 - 5 days from receipt of signed contracts
* Integration documents and test account details are sent to you to begin integration along with technical support details
* Once the merchant number is issued by the bank, live account details sent to you
* Account in now active

Important: Always make sure that all information contained in the application forms and documents is complete, cohesive and correct. Incomplete applications cannot be processed and will cause delay.
