Could I go straight to the bank and get the same deal?
No. We have spent many months negotiating with the
banks we use to get you the best possible deal and
support. Due to specific terms and conditions formed
as part of that dael, they cannot offer the same prices
and rates.
Price isn't always the biggest contributing factor
We do not operate out of a call centre or use an
automated phone system. This means you speak to a
real person from the moment we answer the phone. You
are also allocated your own dedicated account manager
and find this feature one of the biggest benefits
to our customers, and the one they appreciate the
most.
What would happen to my account if Web Merchant was
taken over or sold
We must use banks to produce a merchant ID number
for our customers. This means that your final agreement
is with them. Therefore if we were to be sold, close
or be taken over, your account would not be effected
and you would still be able to operate without a single
problem or delay - guaranteed!
How secure is Web-Merchant?
Security is probably one of the most significant
concerns for both the shopper and the retailer during
