The Solution ONE Merchant Account and Gateway’s intuitive
and versatile customer management system makes it easy to
use all the functions, from running reports to processing
transaction requests. Just navigate the tabs on any of the
back office pages to access the function you need.

Accessing the Customer Management System
Once your application has been approved, you will be sent
a 'welcome' email containing the secure login details.
1. Login via the Account Login page
2. Enter your unique email address and password and click
the Login button
Note: You are only allowed three failed login attempts before
your account is locked.
Customer Management System Navigation
The Customer Management System uses dropdown menus to help
you navigate through the system. The navigation includes:
Merchant Account Information
You can view your real time Merchant Account balances and
settlement batches, using the ‘Merchant Account’
section of the Account Management system. To view a summary
of all your businesses Merchant Accounts in each of your settlement
currencies, select the ‘Merchant Account Overview’
from the ‘Merchant Account’ Menu.
For each settlement currency you can view the total of the
funds in the account and how much is available in the associated
Business Account that the
Merchant Account remits to.
