Because we understand that every merchant is different, costs cannot be determined until we learn more. Therefore we provide costs once we receive an online application and can not provide pricing via email enquiry. Alternatively please view our accounts here

We answer email enquiries and process applications from 7am until 6pm Monday to Friday.

We are closed on weekends and also UK public holidays




MERCHANT SUPPORT

Support for LIVE mechant accounts (ones already processing with us) is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide full contact details (including direct telephone numbers) and also provide an online merchant area allowing you to fully manage your account and request urgent technical support day or night.

If you require non-urgent support such as change of details, needing extra accounts, resetting logins etc. this can be requested here

Why do we only offer email and online support?

- We truly believe it won't be possible to provide the same effective assistance over the phone
- For customers who need to contact us queries can often be technical. Doing this over the telephone is often difficult
- Online support keeps records in one place. This ensures nothing gets lost in translation if we need to escalate anything
- We'll always have access to previous emails so you won't have to repeat questions
- We can route complex questions to the appropriate person to ensure you are dealt with quickly

We only offer payment processing via acquiring partners, so are unable to directly process card payments for or on behalf of any merchant or business.

If you are a card holder and do not recognise a transaction on your bank or card statement you can resolve the issue by contacting the company mentioned on your statement. If you do not recognise them you can do a simple Google search. If you are still unable contact them please contact your card company or bank direct
