merchant account system and are experiencing problems, we unfortunately
are unable to assist or provide any merchant details. We are unable
to authorise refunds nor stop transactions. If you have an enquiry
relating to payment you have made through our systems, you must
speak directly to the company you purchased from.
If you are unable to contact the merchant directly then you will
need to contact your bank.
