We are a UK company with sales and administrative headquarters
in Yorkshire and processing offices in the US and UK.
We are also platinum accredited partners
with several major UK, European and Worldwide banks.
Because of this it means that Web-Merchant Services

payments (aka MOTO - mail order, telephone order)
for many different industry sectors throughout the World!
A little
history - For a number of years we were the
only company in the UK that could provide online merchant
services. Even the high-street banks were cynical of
online payments until the late 1990's and early 2000's.
Because of this we had to go outside the UK:
1990s
- formed a relationship with KLELine, a subsidiary
of banking group Banque Paribas, a major French bank.
We then teamed up with NatWest and RBS allowing
us to cut through the red tape even more.
2000s -
agreed deals with several European and Worldwide
acquiring banks, allowing us to process payments for
all European merchants and their customers.
2010s -
joined forces with a major Worldwide payments provider
enabling us to process payments for anyone, anywhere
in the World - and not just where a merchant is located,
but also their customers.
2020 onwards - continuing to grow
and expand out network of partners allowing us to
process for countries in Asia, Africa, the Middle
East, North America, South American and Australia
/ Oceania.

a customer of Web-Merchant Services you will be allocated
with a dedicated account manager. Not just here, but also
at the acquiring bank we choose to use - each time supplied

application as well as once live and trading.

Could I go straight to the bank and get the
same deal?
No. We have spent many months negotiating with the banks
to get you the best possible deal and support. Due to
specific terms and conditions formed as part of that deal,
they cannot offer the same prices and rates.
Price isn't always the biggest contributing factor
We are UK based and do not operate out of a call centre
or use an automated phone system. This means you speak
to a real person from the moment we answer the phone.
You are also allocated your own account manager and find
this feature one of the biggest benefits to our customers,
and the one they most appreciate.
What would happen to my account if Web-Merchant
was sold?
We must use banks to produce a merchant ID number for
our customers. This means that your final agreement is
with them. Therefore if we were to be sold, close or be
taken over, your account would not be effected and you
would still be able to operate without a single problem
or delay - guaranteed!
